FAQ
Is the price per person?
No: it is per bay, for the whole group (up to 8 people). $15.000 per 30 minutes, tax included, every day.
Do I need to know how to play or bring clubs?
No. You don't need golf experience or clubs: the simulator is for having fun as a group.
Can we eat while we play?
Yes. Order from the menu and eat in the simulator area while you play.
Can kids come?
Yes, with no age or time limit.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Are there vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. Check the menu or ask the assistant which ones.
Where can I park?
The Factoría parking lot is nearby.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Not yet. If you need it, message us beforehand and we will see how to help.
Bay or table?
A bay comes with a golf simulator and is charged by time. A table is for eating and drinking, no simulator: booking is free and you pay for what you order.
How many people can play?
Up to 8 people per bay. For larger groups, book more than one or ask us for an event quote.
How do I change or cancel?
Use the button in your confirmation email («Ver o cancelar mi reserva»). If you already paid, message us and we will help you change it.
Special occasion or allergies?
When booking, choose the occasion and leave us a comment (allergies, accessibility, a cake). The team gets it before you arrive.
Events or companies?
For after-work drinks, tournaments, big birthdays or year-end parties, request a quote in the Corporate section.
